Can technology change education?

In the conference made by  Raj Dhingra ,we can listen about iniciatives around the world that demostrate that technology can be a great way to improve the learning process.

In the beginning of his talk,he said that people have so many expectations about the uses of technology in today's educacional system,but due to the methods technology is integrated to classes,  those high expectances have not been filled.
He mention that in order to find the right use of modern methods we should change our thinking first.Sometimes ,people think if we invested more money in education ,we would be able to use technology effectively.However ,there are real life situations in which  money was not a important to get good results ,they just work with what they have and solve the problem in a innovative way.
Another thing that he remark was "technology can change how we do school" ,so we must stop delivering and learning just like we did in the past ,we should use computers and other modern equiments to give children more access to our globalize world ,to let them seize the oportunity to learn what they want to learn and get a higher engagedment with their educational journey.
